If you have spotted a problem with content, ratings, accessibility or support, please contact NFSTV first so we can investigate.

What to include

• The title of the film, series or episode.
• The approximate date and time you watched it.
• A clear description of the problem.
• Contact details for follow-up.

Response times

We aim to acknowledge receipt within 2 working days and provide a full response within 20 working days, depending on complexity.
